On September 12th, 1996, we became a part of the Gaslamp Quarter. That may not seem big, but it means the world to us. We have grown in many ways together, and you all have supported Bandar, allowing us to enjoy 20 amazing and successful years of doing what we love to do – serving and working with all of you.
Over the last two decades, we are proud to have won over 125 awards – from our very first award in 1996 from the Gaslamp Quarter Association, to our most recent – the Silver Plate award from the California Restaurant Association as the Best International Restaurant. Since our first Critics Review in 1996, by Eleanor Widmer, Bandar is also proud to have received hundreds of reviews from various food critics and organizations.
